Good luck with your weight loss. I'm sure it's hard being away from home. I know that one of my vices is comfort food! Looks like you're on the right track though. Keep it up!

Hi there! I'm new to this site, too. I realized that documenting my activities is important, but I've been really bad about that historically, so I think this might help. An old girlfriend of mine spent some time in Thailand and had a hard time resisting all the street vendors' goods -- especially the deserts. I'm sure I would, too. Coconut milk is awesome in just about anything! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Take care and best of luck!

Hi, I'm an American who has been living in Thailand for a year. While one would think that living in Thailand is a dieters paradise the food stalls are full of unhealthy things like fried chicken, yummy sweets involving coconut milk, bananas and deep fryer, and McDonalds will deliver to my door.
